We're spending an increasing number of hours on the computer. We are using it for work, for play, and even for socialising. As a result, the hours we spent daily on the computer stretches near to 10 hours. When we place our bodies in a position which we were not “designed” to be in, for an extended period of time, problems arise.

Our immune system is a network of cells, tissues, and organs that work together to defend our body against attacks by “foreign” invaders. These are primarily microbes—tiny organisms such as bacteria, parasites, and fungi that can cause infections.1

Two months ago, I was adjusting for one of our pregnant patients who complained about her back. Back pain is a common problem faced by pregnant women. A reported 50% to 75% experience some form of back pain, with the majority having their pain during the 3rd trimester.
