Walked into United square outlet in feb 2023 and dr kan immediately could tell where my pains were. Had numbing pains on the left side of my body and after few sessions the pain was gone! The pain came back when I missed my sessions and dr shu helps to do extra massaging and stretching to relax and relieve the pain. She also gives advice on stretching exercises to do at home and positions to avoid. Dr shu is patient, caring and assuring. I didn't get a chance to thank everyone in the clinic at Hougang Mall branch so here is my message to Dr David, whom I hope would read this.
Every time I filled out the progress review form, I didn't believe that chiropractic care could give me a stronger immune system.
On January 4, my doctor and I were both surprised when we received the results of my December 2022 health screening because it was the best medical checkup result I have ever had in my 10 years in Singapore!
Dr David adjustment for back pain→ better back→ able to exercise →body fat loss→ Lipid Profile improvement→ Best my health condition. I am so happy that my body fat has dropped from 33% to the 28% range.
I learned later that Dr. David worked at both Bukit Timah Plaza and Hougang Mall, and he has a very busy schedule from early morning to late at night, treating many patients.
I would like to thank him from the bottom of my heart for his hard work and wonderful treatment despite his busy schedule.
I wish Dr. David all the best in his future endeavors.

I had neck issues that caused numbing pain down my right shoulder and tingling in my hand. Doctor in Korea recommended an operation, which my luckily stopped. I found Chiropractic First in Great World” Mall by chance and decided to give it a try. I have been going for about 2 months, and to my amazement, I am pain free and my neck and shoulder feels great. In early August 2022, my neck and my shoulder were aching. As usually, to relief the tightness and ache, I "cracked" my own neck. Unfortunately, I heard a snap somewhere near right shoulder blade. I felt a pain on my shoulder and numbness of the arm and hand. My right arm was weak. I went to the GP the next day. Given some painkillers and 3 days MC. After 3 days, no improvement at all.
The pain was excruciating and I can feel the tingling running up and down my right arm. Desperate, I went to a TCM. The acupuncture provide a short relief. 30 minutes after the session, the pain came back again. I suffered for the next 2 days.
Desperate to find relief, I decide to call Chiropractic First (Thomson Plaza) where I was once a patient. Called them and managed to get a slot on Friday. Dr Shane who is a caring and professional chiropractor. I have been with CFG since Feb 2013 and under Dr Shane since Dec 2019. He is always attentive to my feedback upon every adjustment and give me advice to have proper posture at work so that my neck issue can improve.

I have very bad slipped disc that affects the sciatic nerves and requires surgery after hospital consultation but what made me decide to try this out is because I do not wish to go for operation and at the same time a colleague recommended Dr Adam to me from hougang branch as my colleague’s case was similar to mine and after sessions his condition improved alot therefore it made me went ahead to give this treatment a try.
Now I can say that my condition have also improved compared to the time I started. I came to know abt this when my wife attended a talk by them. My wife and me enrolled for it. We were consulted by Dr Ooi. She is good and thorough in examining us, wanting to know our lifestyle, diet and any incidents. By providing such information, she be able to diagnose better. I’ve been going to Chiropractic First at Bandar Utama Centerpoint since the past 3 weeks. Very very responsive when it’s comes to whatsapp responding (5 stars!). Dr Lina’s explanations during the first consultation was very clear and easily understood that I could explain/share with friends and family easily on chiropractic and our spine’s healthcare. About 1 year ago....I was sufferring from chronic lower back pain and i couldnt even walk properly....
The MRI Scan from the government clinic showed that i have a slipped disc and recommended me to go for surgery....
I didnt want to go for surgery as it would mean that i will be out for action(work) for months...
So i opted to get chiropractic treatment for my slipped disc at the clinic in north point.
DR Zac handled my case and he help me get back into shape...he was patient and sincere...i always felt that im in good hands....

A few months ago I visited Dr. Annmarie Stupi during one of my regular visits complaining about a headache that had been with me for the last 4 days. The local hospital said it was a sinus headache and they prescribed medication for it.
