Patient Care Ambassador
Responsible for all aspects of duties and responsibilities for the patients.
  • Be part of a team that provide professional Chiropractic care, and educate patients and their family on Chiropractic care.
  • Handle front desk duties which includes attending to enquiries, patient registration and appointments, administering billing and cashiering duties.
  • Manage patient flow in the clinic and assist Chiropractors in providing care to the patients.
  • Assist at roadshows, corporate talks and other marketing events. 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a NiTEC / GCE N Level / GCE O Level / Diploma
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin/Malay
  • At least 1 year in customer service / retail experience
  • Knowledge in basic computer skills
  • IT & technology savvy
  • Singaporean / PR
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
 
Deputy Clinic Manager/ Clinic Manager
Responsible for the operation and day to day activities of the clinic(s).
  • Manage the day to day operations of the clinic(s) to ensure its smooth running.
  • Oversee a team of PCAs, coaching and motivating them to maintain the team's stability, morale and a consistent service standard. Achieve the stated key performance indicators/outcome in the area of patient service, sales and company guidelines/SOPs.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory level for all clinics. Work closely with marketing team to maximize sales and promotion activities.
  • Execute CFG Brand in all clinics under your charge.
  • Follow up with daily reports and cash collection/tally with closing and to Finance. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing/Hospitality Management/Retail Management
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skils
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin/Malay
  • Service/Healthcare industry experience required
  • Goal oriented, problem solver, resourceful, self-motivated, responsible and independent
  • Knowledge in basic computer skills
  • IT and techonology savvy
  • At least 2 years' experience in leading and managing a team
  • Singaporean/PR
  • 6 day work week
