Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsible for identifying and generating new leads for corporate clientele acquisition including coordination and execution of all corporate acquisition programmes, such as clientele relations building, presentation proposals, new patients’ acquisition talks and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to patients and stakeholders.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new acquisition strategy
  • Conduct cold calls, customers visits and sales presentation
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationship with government bodies/corporate HR to propose Corporate Talks
  • Develop and customize presentation proposal for effective marketing communication
  • Monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts and record findings
  • Co-ordinate and management of corporate talks and events  

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subject
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and /or a third language an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
  • Highly organized, resourceful, meticulous and capable of multi-tasking
  • Proactive, results-oriented and enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments

Marcom Executive

Responsible for the planning, developing, organizing and execution of all marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collaterals production, advertising and promotional programmes and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to patients and stakeholders.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Prepare yearly through-the-line marketing & communications plan
  • Planning, strategizing and executing all new patients’ acquisitions/referrals initiatives and events such promotions, workshops and seminars
  • Monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of all marketing efforts and record findings and revise plans accordingly
  • Handle the production of all marketing collaterals and work closely with designer and vendors
  • Manage all advertising and promotions budget and administrative aspects for assigned projects
     

Requirements
