Insomnia, Lower Back Pain, Acute Neck Pain
"After a kidney Transplant in 1998, I suffered from insomnia. Another L4/L5 Microdisectomy operation in 2003 gave me difficulty in getting up from bed, and pain when changing sleeping positions from time to time.
I had lower back pain, hip pain, numbness, tingling sensations and weakness in my hip down to my toe. I also experienced pain and difficulties whenever I try to straighten, bend, sit down, turn or stand up from a sitting position.
I also had acute neck pain (due to mild disc disease in cervical region). I had pain between shoulder blades, which goes down from the right arm to fingers, and numbness in right thumb. All the problems affected my daily activities and household duties.
After I had 33 chiropractic treatments, I feel much better and more revitalized. In fact, I felt immediate relief of my back pain after the first treatment, especially on the left side of my back where it was most painful. Now, I can sleep well every night as well.
l though I still experience pain in the back of my leg, I hope that my condition will improved in time as I continue my treatment. I will definitely recommend my friends to go for chiropractic treatment if they have spinal problems."
