Dr Kuhan is a life saver! I used to suffer from lower back pain that radiates down to my whole right extremity causing numbness down till my feet, used to be on pain killers, cooling gel but that didn’t help fix the root cause of my problem. It was a life changer. I started feeling upper back pain since 2017 and gradually it became worse. It was hard to go about my every day life and had to rely on painkiller plus I am still young. I tried physiotherapy, seeing orthopaedics, sports massage, everything. Not saying that they didn’t work but at least they didn’t work on me. Chiropractic works for me. We came here in October 2021 when Our son had something similar to bow leg, he was 1y10m at that time. Although he was 2 months away from turning 2 he was still not able to jump and kept falling down when he walked. His hips even shifted up on one side. I've had quite a terrible posture before and I was in quite a bad state. I had troubles and discomfort when walking and the pain was quite unbearable. The pain was mostly in my left leg. I had scoliosis and it was pressing on my sciatic nerve which was causing sciatica. I've tried physiotherapy before but it didn't really last. Dr. Sharvin Kaur helped me with my treatment. She is really knowledgeable, patient and understanding. She explained my problems to me very thoroughly so that I could understand how severe my problem was. The pain has definitely lessened since coming here and I can walk better and have a better posture. Prior to my chiro sessions with Dr. Sharvin in the 1MontKiara branch, I had scoliosis and was diagnosed when I was 16. Since then I've had constant back pain and headaches. My progress is that I am now more energetic and breathe better. I no longer have pain in my lower body and have better sleep. I am very happy with my progress so far.

I had tingling in my fingers and arm for about a mth, i was tired and aching even after 8hrs of sleep. Just 2 weeks of chiro, i wake up refreshed and well rested. after 1.5 mths the tingling has stopped and im much more aware of my posture, which has changed a lot. Great that they insist on xrays to get a true picture of the situation and for progress monitoring.

I was experiencing lower back pains which radiated down my right leg as well. This was due to a slipped disc i had in my spine. I experienced alot of pain when standing up from a sitting position, especially when i was getting out from the car. I seeked help from a local chiropractor in Seremban but I saw no improvements after a whole month of treatment, 5 times a week. I was still in a lot of pain even after almost completing the programme, I was starting to lose hope and started to think this problem would never go away. Then I figured to seek for a second opinion in Dr Sharvin from the 1 Mont Kiara branch. I underwent the suggested programme and immediately saw improvement after 3 adjustments. I'm still halfway through my programme but I no longer feel pain from sitting up and I have increased flexibility and mobility. Comfortable clinic with professional staffs. Currently I'm having adjustment for my lower back with Dr Sandra. She is so nice & very friendly. I have been undergoing treatment for about 1 month. Started my first ever chiro session at Chriopratic First (pun unintended) in December 2020 due to a shoulder injury and a somewhat uncomfortable lower back which was probably due to my workouts and seating posture.After a month down the road with about 3 sessions a week with Dr. Sandra, I could see/feel some improvement in terms of my standing posture and the pain in my shoulders had reduced slightly.Hope to fully recover as soon as possible during the road to recovery journey plan set up by the doc and also not forgetting the other helpful staffs as well at the counter whom has been guiding me from the start!

Met the Dr. about 2 months back had some serious back injuries due to golf. Initially skeptical about the treatment however proceeded to get consultation and do some research. Its a short session that can solve immediate problems. Saw an ortho in between that responded with pain killers mainly, the chiro treatment and adjustments assisted with my pains going away. Aside from the amazing service, explanations and even stretches recommended the treatment works and i have seen amazing improvement in both my golf swing as well as exercise activities. Highly recommended.
