What can I expect on the first visit?
You will have a detailed health history investigation and physical examination with our doctors to better understand the root cause of your problem.
If the root cause is from your spine, we require X-ray and/or MRI as a follow up test. A subsequent report of findings session will be booked for you on another day for your examination review where a comprehensive treatment plan will be provided to you.
We will then proceed with your first treatment.
Are chiropractic treatments painful?
No. Chiropractic treatments done by our trained chiropractors are not painful. Our clinician uses a specific X-ray and pulmonary examination to identify and locate the specific area to adjust.
Accuracy is of utmost importance to us therefore, our treatment is highly effective in treating conditions and symptoms relating to the nervous system and the spine. How long does a typical session take?
Our initial consultation typically lasts about 30 to 45 minutes. On the first day, our doctor will have to conduct a series of detailed spinal examinations to determine your exact problems.
On the second day, you will receive a report of findings and a comprehensive treatment plan from the doctor.
We will then proceed with your first treatment which takes 10 to 15 minutes every session, depending on the patient’s condition.
How many treatments do I need and how much will it cost?
The number of chiropractic adjustments depend on the type and severity of your injuries to the spine, and the stages of degeneration.
Our chiropractic focus will be based on reversing your current crisis and returning you to physical function and improving quality of life. Our chiropractors will discuss about your short-term and long-term goals to attain optimal health and determine the ideal treatment plan tailored for your needs.
Our Consultation is RM100. Our subsequent adjustments are RM100 - RM118. Ask our doctors about our available Subsidy plans that are offered at lower rates!
Do I need to sign a package for adjustments?
No. Patients can opt to pay for visits or request for our Subsidy plans. After consultation and examination, our doctors will recommend an individualised treatment care plan catered to help you find freedom from your pain and embark on restoration of your health.
It’s fully your decision if you intend to proceed with the treatment after being fully informed in your consultation. We do not believe in hard selling, all recommendations are transparent.
Are all ages & pregnant women eligible for chiropractic care?
Yes. Due to our drug-free approach, chiropractic is safe and highly utilised by pregnant women to help them go through the pregnancy period where their spine is under extra loading and strain. Due to the non-drug abuse of chiropractic, it is not just safe but essential for pregnant women. All our pregnant women find that our chiropractic adjustments lessens the burden on the spine and shortens the delivery process.
It is also important for the children’s growing spine to be free from misalignment and injuries. Therefore parents bring their children to be checked and adjusted frequently.

Is chiropractic care suitable for me even though I already had surgery?
This will be a case by case basis depending on the type of surgery. Most often, the problem that you have is not related to the area of the surgery. Due to our detailed imaging examination and X-rays, our doctors are able to accurately pinpoint and advise you. Majority of patients who have surgery find great relief with chiropractic care. On top of that, our doctor will also moderate and modify their treatment protocol to avoid your surgical area.
