I came here with several issues starting from my knee pain I experienced little did I know that I was so out of alignment. My X-ray was shown to me and I was in shock of how bad my alignment was. I came here being sluggish, fatigue, in pain in many areas of my body. Dr. Imran is amazing he has helped me get into shape, the cost of the treatment was explained to me well and payment options were given this place caused me to quit smoking haven’t smoked since I started going to the chiropractor. I have had an amazing change in my overall energy, happiness. I am still in my first stage of treatment but 6 weeks in and I am already seeing the changes and the affect it is having on my day to day life and tasks. I recommend them 100% you want to change and help yourself don’t rely on the NHS they will offer you medication and majority of the time if you just have a realignment and physically change your own health patterns by removing toxins naturally and gaining more effort in exercising. And last but not least the receptionists, they are always friendly, happy to help, have great manners and engage with the customers well. Thank You and keep up the good work!

I visited the practice after noticing some pain on my neck and shoulder. My doctor, Ai- Chen, has been extremely helpful. She started from explaining what chiropractic is, how it works and how I can benefit form it. After doing a full x-ray I realised the problem was way worse than I expected. Dr. Ai- Chen went through all the details for my treatment plan and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and financial circumstances. My lifestyle requires a lot of sitting in front of a computer and typing. The adjustments have not only helped with my pain but they have changed my lifestyle. I, now, incorporate breaks between my studying to do stretches which has boosted my posture and help me focus better at my work. Can't wait to see the end results of my treatment! Keep up the great work!

I am delighted for the great treatment I've received from this practice. The results is also a great bonus but I do love how the staff are really warming and inviting. Imran is a great Dr and gives you eloquent information on personal development and the assistance staff are always helpful no matter how early it is.

I had been suffering with bad posture accompanied by back and arm pains for majority of my life due to my work and lifestyle. Thinking that nothing could be done. It was not until i visited Dr. Imran who was both professional and positive in his approach that I am on the road to recovery. I have had 2 reviews already and the results have been amazing! Fantastic Programmes for a range of issues. Excellent facilities and amazing people.Over the last few years, ever since I broke by leg playing football, I developed sciatica pain and my back never felt quite right. I was training in the gym and receiving regular physio-therapy but nothing would shift the extreme sharp pains and soreness I kept feeling. After further consultations and treatments with a number of Chiros, I thankfully met Imran a physician at Chiropractic First. Rather than just go off my symptoms and previous diagnosis, Imran started from scratch and completed a full health check that covered a variety of disciplines. An X-ray was conducted on site to further examine the root cause of my problems. Once the report was compiled, Imran called me back and requested I see him at the clinic for a chat. Turns out my lower back pain were actually the beginning of Spinal stenosis. Straight away I was booked in for a series of sessions that helped manipulate the effected region and reverse the symptomatic conditions. Along with some great advice and amazing therapy I have made a complete recovery and got back to enjoying my time in the gym and on the court. All thanks to the invaluable efforts of Imran and the team at Chiropractic First with their detailed analysis and diagnosis systems in place leaving no stone unturned and no avenue unexplored until the root of the issue was found and a rehabilitation programme devised. The team are brilliant and have great chemistry so it was easy to work with them all on my programme. The advice they gave me will last a lifetime as they endeavour to support their patience back to the health and strength to enjoy life to the fullest. Well what can i say. Imran is an amazing chiropractor, he truly takes care of all his patients. I've suffered with severe back and neck issues including hip knee and ankle pains for many years as I was hit by a car back in 2006. I'm currently focusing on my neck and back and tbh ever since going to chiropractic first it has helped alot. I'm going 3x a week and it's helping me become more mobile and active. Since lockdown I noticed I got very bad with my health. My physical and mental health really took over me where I thought I wasn't going to get better. It also got me to the point that I couldn't even get back into work even tho eventually we was able to start up again. But since going to chiropractic first I've noticed my mood has changed, I've notice my posture has improved. It's still and ongoing battle as I have bad days as that is expected as I was hit by a car and suffer with spondylosis in my lower back and neck, but its defo helping me get on a better path, so I will continue my journey to become a new and improved me which I'm super excited about. Thankyou again imran for all the constant support you and your staff provide. Many thanks 🙏🏽 and I highly recommend! Being 20 and quite healthy for my age, I didn't think much about my back pain. I would always waiver it off to a hard day. But when I noticed that pain becoming more unbearable, i realised I had to take action. That Is when I met Dr.Imran. his amazing professionalism and knowledge was clear from the consultation. He took my x-ray and thoroughly walked through it with me. We both came to a good action plan, and I have followed his advice quite closely. 4 weeks into my sessions, I have definitely noticed a huge difference in my posture, giving me better sleep, better days and more confident.It is definitely worth the money. Having worked with Dr.Imran and the amazing customer care provided by the team, I believe it's the best and safest experience you will ever come across.Will 100% recommend it to all my friends and families 🙂

I noticed my 5 yr old son always stumbling down when running and even simply we are just going out for a walk. I observed that his left foot was turned inward and I became worried about his situation that it may affect him in the future. I visited Chiropractic First in Birmingham and met Dr. Imran Shah. From the consultation, he gave me a clear and thorough explanation of my son’s case , what will be the treatment plan and the right approach to achieve a positive result.In a short period of sessions, I am very pleased to see a great improvement with my son. They were able to achieve my high expectations from the outcome of the treatments. I never truly understood the benefits of a chiropractor until I met Dr Imran Shah . He thoroughly explained the benefits and process of getting chiropractic adjustments.His adjustments and wisdom has become engrained in my daily life. Exercise combined with massage and chiropractic adjustments have made a huge difference to the pain I was experiencing. I am very impressed with Dr Imran Shah’s level of expertise and professionalism . He truly has state of the art healing techniques, not only does he care about his patients physical health but also mental health. I would 100% recommend this clinic. I feel stronger and healthier in myself and I have felt a huge difference to how my body functions.

It's always so lovely to come for my treatments all thanks to an amazing and welcoming team of staffs. I suffered a lot of pain in my shoulders due to long hours in front of a computer before visiting Chiropractic First and after a few weeks at CF, my partner started to notice that I stopped complaining about the pain! It's great to get adjusted and get that boost of energy for the day and I highly recommend Chiropractic First!

Can’t recommend chiropractic first Birmingham clinic enough! Imran is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable since the first visit. Lorna and Cam are both assets to the team!! From the moment we stepped into the building, the entire staff made us feel welcome. The initial assessment was thorough and professional, the chiropractor developed the bespoke care plan for my 11 year old daughter, I can see a significant difference in her posture, her general wellbeing has improved and she does sleep better. What an amazing clinic with amazing staff! DR Imran is the best, he makes you feel comfortable and has a positive attitude. The chiropractic team is very helpful, friendly and informative. I was in severe pain when I arrived at the clinic two months ago. A lot has changed since then thanks to Imran's attention to detail and great knowledge. I've learnt a lot about the spine, my condition and ways to prevent my back getting as bad. I'm still going for treatment and plan to continue. Elias and Lorna are fantastic. They run a tight ship and make you feel extremely welcome. We have a good laugh and make it an enjoyable place to come to. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have a healthy back and maintain it going forward.

Such an amazing atmosphere in this clinic, treatment has helped me in many ways where now I find I don't get lower back pain. The workshops that I visit give me the best advice on sleeping and wellbeing. All the assistants in the clinic have lovely personalities.Also location is fabulous.Overall I would highly recommend this to everyone!

Imran and the team have been very helpful and informative. I have been attending sessions three times a week. In addition I am given regular updates on my condition as well as advice to help me in my day to day life. I have experienced a positive impact on my body. Life Changing experience, treatment is amazing and the atmosphere is fabulous. I would highly recommend everyone as its the best.I started coming to this clinic with severe issues and now im a walking man and completely mobile and enjoying life thanks to All the team Elias, Lorna, Abbie and imran have all been amazing and forever grateful !!!

Have been having treatments since last June, when I first came here with lower back and neck pain. I am pleased to say I am now free of pain in both areas. The team are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which create a very calming atmosphere when you walk in. You always get a hello and goodbye from the team in the clinic. From a treatment point of view I have been going for quite sometime now and I have never felt better. Would really recommend this clinic to everyone, they are very dedicated to there patients! Offering useful workshops where you get to learn a lot about chiropractic and other subjects like healthy eating and sleeping. The clinic isn't just about treatment, as you get shown exercises and how to improve your posture, the DC and assistants are always there to answer questions. Also there is x-ray evidence behind everything they do, which made it easier for me to understand the issues with my spine.

The clinic is amazing with wonderful & friendly staffs. After a while undergo the treatment here, I really find my self in good condition compare before. I am a long time customer of Chiropractic First. Really great practice. Very easy to arrange regular appointments as they operate a drop in type system in mornings, lunchtime and after work. Really convenient as right next to Birmingham New Street station.

I have been experiencing great results from sciatica and lower back pain and my posture has improved vastly. The chiropractor detected through x-rays that I had a degenerate disc in my lumbar spine. The whole team is very friendly and everything is explained very carefully along with exercises.
