I was never a believer in chiropractic care until my mother-in-law saw Dr Shane. She was in severe pain from a slipped disc and required Anarex, which still couldn’t fully relieve her pain. She was already scheduled for surgery, but after a few months of chiropractic adjustments with Dr Shane, her pain gradually resolved. When the time came for the operation, her pain was gone and we didn’t need to proceed with surgery. Till today, she continues to see Dr Shane fortnightly for maintenance. Our entire family is extremely grateful to Dr Shane for his patience, professionalism, and skill. We would also like to extend our appreciation to the clinic staff, who are always so kind, patient, and caring, making every visit a pleasant and reassuring experience. We truly appreciate the care provided and would highly recommend Dr Shane and his team.

I started to come as was being referred to TCM clinic when the physician saw my lower back is uneven. After delivering my second baby, i started to have backache which is not normal. It gives me anxiety and unable to concentrate as i worry what was happening and it was painful even when i sit down normally. I also had difficulty to carry baby. I was skeptical at first as i have heard of negative stories of chiro. I asked alot of questions but Dr Shane patiently and professionally answered them. The admin, Grace also maintained patient and friendly towards me despite me not a not so good to her during the initial phone calls as i was skeptical and in bad mood from my condition. I also considered going for those post partum pelvic adjustments but they were costly too. I was glad i didnt as it may be adjusted to be worser condition without an X-ray being taken. After consistently adjusted my spine and hip for 6 months i did see improvement. An unexpected improvement is also my unconscious feeling of breathlessness and chest stuffiness. I recommended my mil and husband and they also felt improvement to their aches. Thank you Dr Shane and team!

Dr Shane is professional and always checks in at the start of every session for new injuries/areas of pain. He has helped greatly with my recovery from sports injuries. The staff here are also very attentive, helpful and friendly!

I had a really great experience here. The place itself is clean, welcoming, and well taken care of, and the service overall was excellent. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was the staff, grace and Navi.. especially Radica ( hope I got her name right) She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, always friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. You can tell she really cares about what she does, and it makes a big difference. Thanks to her and the rest of the team, I left feeling very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back.

Our whole family are getting chiro adjustment here with Dr Shane. Dr Shane is experienced and able to provide the right treatment. Our sons aged 3 and 1 are having regular monthly adjustment here and the results are excellent. We also feel better after the adjustments. We used to have persistent backache as well as twisted ankle and wrist issue, and all are resolved by Dr Shane.

After my first spinal adjustment by Dr Shane in Feb 2025, my mobility has improved. I was able to attend all spinal adjustment sessions without someone to accompany me. In the past, my disc degeneration irritated my nerves. It caused nerve pain into my hand with numbness & tingling into fingers coupled with excruciating neck pain at night which affected my quality of life. After 3 months of spinal alignment, I am able to sleep well at night and sit long hours to read a book, work on computer & cook for a group of 40.
