I was under the care of Dr Shu for the past 7 months, mainly for my frozen shoulder. She knows the right spots for adjustments. My shoulder had improved significantly and I had regained most of the mobility of my shoulder currently after consistent treatment. Other than that, i also felt less tensions on my neck, and able to sleep better esp. after every adjustment. Dr Shu has also been very patient and caring throughout. I recently had issues with lower back and right knee. She helped me adjust as well. She also gave good tips on how to exercise my shoulder, and advised to practise good posture. Great thanks to Dr Shu and the team!

I came to Dr Kan for a review in feb2026 as I wanted to do some physio at his clinic. Dr Kan assessed me thoroughly and advised I needed more chiro adjustments first. I was having quite a bit of problems from neck to heel. Was having stiff shoulders and arms, pain in neck , lower back and plantar fasciitis. Dr Kan is very precise and skilful in his adjustments so I am relieved after every adjustment. He also identified that I have a lot adhesions/scar tissues on my arms that inhibit movements and caused pain n stiffness. He spent a few weeks breaking the adhesions/scar tissues together with the adjustments sessions and started me on a Super Induction Therapy (SIT) so the tissues can heal faster and nicely. I am happy that my shoulders and arms can now move with little pain. I will recommend Dr Kan for his accurate diagnosis and skilfull treatments. In addition to the chiro adjustment, I finally started physio in his clinic to strengthen my muscles. I hope to report good improvements on my neck and back through the various modalities in the near future.

I used to suffer from back and neck pains from sitting for long hours at the computer to the point that it would be distracting from work. Going for adjustments with Dr Shu really helped with the pains and now I generally feel lighter and less tense. The difference I feel before and after adjustment is something you can’t get with traditional painkillers. The staff are also extremely friendly and make this experience much less scary. Prior to treatment under Dr Shu had severe pain in the shoulder and neck area. Now after treatment the pain is gone and stiffness in lower back has decreased.
