Dr Xuan has been doing my adjustments for the past few months. He is able to pinpoint the related links that causes the soreness felt at various spots. He advises me on exercises to do for core strengthening as well. Thankfully his advise to do a follow up X-ray (previous done more 3 years ago) made me realize that my poor posture working from home has caused new issues to surface. He gives in-depth explanation of the X-rays and explains the consequences if corrective action is not taken (correcting work station positioning and posture). I have been mindful of my body discomforts that surfaced due to work from home. I could feel that my hip was misaligned when I lay on my back and Dr Xuan confirmed that with his experience (my legs were at different lengths due to misaligned hips) and successfully adjusted my hips to bring my legs back to the same length.
