I have intermittent lower back ache that worries me as I know my spine health is not good. Dr Hampus, from Chiropractic First @ ARC, explained in details how chiropractic treatment will help to align my spine. That gives me hope that I may be able to overcome my spine deficit. I had thought that results will take some time but within a month my ache is gone and I find myself able to lift heavier weights with no after training soreness like before. I appreciate the help from Dr Hampus and his friendly support staff. Though it doesn't come cheap, it's a worthy investment as I get back a stronger body that allows me to do more things.

I have a consultation with Hampus at this Chiropractic centre, he is very detail in his explanation of my constant pain at my neck and upper right back area. He provides a professional advice how to get back my normal life without any restrictions in my movement.
