- Kindly present your “Esteemed Client” status in Etiqa’s customer portal for verification purposes to redeem this offer.
- The offer of $75 includes Consultation and full Spinal Diagnostic Examination and 1 Adjustment session only.
- The offer does not include X-ray fees.
- Adjustment treatment can only be administered after an X-ray is performed, unless advice otherwise by chiropractor.
- This offer is applicable for New patients who booked their Consultation appointment through the online form in https://www.chiropractic-first.org/etiqa-esteem only.
- The offer is valid to use in all Chiropractic First clinics in Singapore until 14 October 2025.
- No refunds will be provided if any part of the chiropractic service is not fulfilled by customer.
- The offer is non-transferable and not to be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
- The offer is non-refundable if not utilised and is non-exchangeable for cash in part or whole.
- The Chiropractic First Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or reject appointments if the patient is late.
- Chiropractic First reserves the right to forfeit payment if the appointment rescheduling or cancellation procedures are not met.
- Chiropractic First reserves the right to amend, remove or include any terms and conditions stated here without any prior notice.
- Etiqa shall not be liable for any loss of, damage to, defects, delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of the Offer.
- The Offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items of equivalent value. The validity period of the Offer is non-extendable. Etiqa will be under no obligation to replace or make any payment for the value of any Offer that is not utilized.
- Etiqa shall not be liable for and assumes no liability or responsibility for any of the following: (a) non-performance or defects in the goods and services provided by the Partner and/or (b) any loss, damage, expense, liability and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever caused arising from the use, consumption and/or enjoyment of the goods and services provided by the Partner. Any such dispute relating to the goods and services provided by the Partner should be resolved directly with the Partner and Etiqa shall have no liability with regard to such dispute.
- Etiqa reserves the right and sole discretion, at any time and from time to time without prior notice, to revise the terms and conditions of the Programme including the qualifying premium requirement, eligibility of any person to participate in the Programme, the imposing of any fees and charges, withdraw or terminate the Programme, vary or withdraw the Partners participating in the Programme and/or Privileges offered under the Programme, or substitute any Privilege with another Privilege of similar value without being liable for any damages, losses or expenses.
