Going for adjustments with Dr Shu really helped with the pains and now I generally feel lighter and less tense. Had a slipped disc espisode 2 years ago, a friend of mine recommended me to see the doctors at chiropractic first. I was skeptical at first but i have tried tcm, physio, tuina, acupuncture all did not manage to help with my pain & movement. It was sort of my last few options. But Dr Kan is great. He went through my xray & Mri and recommended me with a treatment plan and after 3 months, pain was reduced, after 12 months my movement was back to normal. I was able to go about my daily life pain free. If you have a similar issue, do give them a try.

My husband is a huge fun of chiropractic adjustments: he used to have severe headaches that are now completely gone. Once I was with him at his chiropractor and Dr.Kan observed my hips were obviously misaligned (in fairness my husband told me before but I always dismissed him). I suffered no pain because of this misalignment but I accepted to get it checked. I now am a very happy customer as I am experiencing lightness and ease in my yoga practice much more than before. I do not suffer anymore from occasional pinches I had in my legs. I saw a chiropractor before but the results were not as significant as now. Doctor Annemarie not only adjusts my spine but she gives me exercises to do. Following her advice with discipline, my spine has moved back significantly to a healthier position which was evident in my 2nd x-Ray.The pain in my lower back isn’t as frequent anymore and doesn’t last as long as it used to - maybe about 1-3 times a month as compared to 1-2 times a week. I don’t get frequent headaches anymore as well since I’ve been doing neck exercises to help with the neck and shoulder stiffness.
