I had some back pain in my lumbar area 4 weeks ago, which I tend to get now and then over the years, mainly due to bad workplace sitting habit. These pains usually fade away after a few days. This time it didn't go away after 2 weeks despite applying medicated platter, massage and other self-help remedy. So I googled for chiropractic and found this closest to my home, send an enquiry and they offered a promo rate which I ignored at first but they were very persistent. So I eventually accepted the offer of RM95 for an examination and a treatment. However they recommended an Xray, which I also did, charged separately. I think Dr Kaya is very knowledgable in her field, I'm sure anyone with spinal issues wouls benefit greatly from het expertise. In my case, I had to leave for overseas and could not continue beyond 2 sessions. A word of advice though, customers should be made aware of how much their total treatment will cost upfront. While I don't doubt that most of customers coming here have financial means, some may find the accumulating costs heavier than they anticipated.

1. I was having severe neck and shoulder stiffness which caused great discomfort and pain. Have resorted to many treatments such as traditional massage and even TiT Tar treatment at a renowned establishment. The stiffness go on consistently to the extend of me requiring my wife/friend to massage regularly which affected my focus and daily routine. Have come accross chiro treatment thru social media and decided to give it a try. 2. After consulting Chiropractic First, I was advised that I have misalignment issue of my body. With the treatment program that I have signed up, there is great improvement and the pain that I have been enduring begin to subside. I am very relieved and happy with the progress thus far. DC Adeline Chong has been great and supportive giving tips on how to prevent my issue. All the staff are kind and courteous.

After several sessions, I observed a notable enhancement in my posture, diminished back pain, and improved mobility in general. The adjustments were made meticulously, and I felt at ease during the entire procedure. I highly suggest chiropractic care for individuals experiencing discomfort or wanting to enhance overall physical health.

The staff were helpful and the sessions were effective in helping me with my back pain from sports. A recommended place for all!

I was treated by Dr. Kayathiri at Chiropractic First, AEON Mall Shah Alam from 2022 to 2023 for mild scoliosis and pelvic misalignment. I used to have on-and-off pain, but after regular sessions with her, the pain completely went away. She was always professional, gentle, and caring. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I enjoy doing my treatment in Aeon Mall Shah Alam. Dr Kaya is very attentive and always helpful whenever I have questions about my condition. The staff is very friendly. The clinic is quite spacious and have a lot of chairs so I always have a sit while waiting. Recommended.

Let me tell you this…this place really helps me alot for the past 3 years under their care…came with a minor back pain issue and already resolved…Dr Kayathiri and the whole team assisted me a lot not to mention their kindness and empathy…their supervisor Ken also did a really wonderful job in those 3 years…i would definitely recommend the place to anyone with the similar issue…

My sister has been undergoing treatment here with Doctor Kaya since she's having very bad back pain. Now, she's feeling better but sometimes the pain is there. Now she's in maintenance and I hardly hear any complaints from her. 👍👍👍

rly nice staff 🙏 improved posture compared to last time

I have scoliosis and have been suffering from chronic back pain for more than 10 years.I've done physiotherapy but it didn't help much.Eventually decided to try chiro, had my initial consultation with Dr Kaya at Aeon Shah Alam outlet early last year. After slightly more than a year of chiro treatment/sessions, the curvature in my spine has improved and I only have occasional back pain and soreness. Pain if any, is more manageable and if I have any issues with my back/spine, Dr Kaya will for sure help me out. Those suffering with back pains/spine issues and is looking around for alternative treatment, I definitely recommend trying out chiro with a trusted chiropractor like Dr Kaya from Chiropractic First.

23rd April 2025 - I am still with DC Kaya in my maintenance phase, and the pain has subsided to 3-4 on the pain scale level. And that only happens if I exert myself more than usual. I am happy with my progress and will definitely continue my sessions here. Thank you DC Kaya & AMSA team! I have been undergoing treatment here since May 2023 with DC Kayathiri as I have been experiencing lower back pain every month, up to the point where I am unable to stand up straight, and if forced the pain is unbearable rendering me unable to work. Alhamdulillah, my pain level has been reduced from 9 to 6, and the reoccurrences have been significantly reduced a lot. Thank you DC Kayathiri and Aeon Mall staff for the great work and service 🤭🥳💯

Dr Kaya is very nice and friendly to her patients. I live overseas now and only come a few times a year for adjustment but she offered to write me a referral if I want to do Chiropractic where I live. Her staffs is accomodative and efficient too. The place is clean, got around 10-15 waiting chairs on regular, but if the queue gets too long you can always linger at other stores. The staffs will let you know when its your turn for adjustment.

The place to go when I need adjustment. I have severe back pain back in 2012, to the point where I could not sleep, could not focus and in constant stress and pain. Lost my appetite and was down to 40kg. Chiropractic first helped me to regain my mobility and made me pain free and stay focused. I owe these to the dedicated doctors and helpful staff.
