Started my scoliosis treatment in March 2022 with Dr Chris after seeing my brother's improvement. I was also suffering with knee pain and had trouble walking for more than 20 minutes at that time. (Hey I'm only in my 20s!)Before starting the treatment, they will collect our X-ray, record our measurement (height weight, front view, side view etc) and let us watch a video about our spinal, how it works and how subluxation degeneration will affect the spine and the rest of our body. After watching that video, along with Dr Chris's explanation, I have a clearer picture on my current spinal condition and what to expect throughout the treatment plan.Dr Chris is very experienced and professional (and handsome). He would patiently explain all your questions and doubts.You could really feel that he genuinely cares for all his patients. After go through the x-ray i was told I have subluxation on my neck, mid-back and lower back(minor scoliosis).And Dr. Chris told me i need go for the treatment this is a progressive type of treatment to improve the condition of my spinal health over a period of time. After going through few weeks treatment, i fell there is improvement on my shoulder which the pain is release quite a lot. Hopefully with the continue treatment, i can having a better spinal health. I have been following the treatment for my consistent neck stiffness and runner's knee. After a year of adjustment since 2020, my neck stiffness has been reduced and I am able to work in a more relieved position. Initially I was skeptical if the treatment is going to help improve my condition as you may not notice the changes initially because this is a progressive type of treatment to improve the condition of your spinal health over a period of time. Fair enough, after going through phase 1 of my treatment plan with Dr. Chris, my subsequent X-ray has showed me significant improvement on my neck and mid-back region. I’m glad that I trusted Dr. Chris and the process of the treatment and I’m currently enjoying subsequent chain benefits to my overall wellness as a result of having a better spinal health.
