Getting my decompression therapy & chiro adjustment due to recent slip disc (herniated disc) at L5 S1 & C4 C5. At Chiro First Group Setia City Mall, they have attentive & helpful front desk, always accomodating when i need last minute appt arrangement. I was lucky to be consult & adjust by both Dr Wong & Dr Teo. Both are experienced chiropractor, explaining & adressing my concerns. Efficient, specific, and my condition improved a lot compare to first day of my enrollment to the therapy. But really pros of doing chiro here are - easy parking cz its inside the mall, near to my workplace so i can schedule my therapy after 5pm, and i was woww by the Chiro First Apps cz its so convenient, i can track my appointments, QR in the apps link to my file & my Xray (so dr can easily access to my file bfore adjustment. this digitalize pt file is really convenient in my view to avoid medical error). If i can give suggestion, Google form for the therapy questionnaire will be convenient so pt able to do it on their phone, at home. Anyways, full recommendation.

Recommended. A very informative frontdesk. Doctor Wong is very detailed and helpful with her explanation. The staff is very friendly and responsive even when I made a last minute change due to emergency matter, they are understanding and will help me to find another time for me to come. The treatment ie very efficient, you can see the result in few treatments. But I was told it depend on every individuals, but for me my biggest improvement is my sinus problem has greatly improved. I didn't get my sinus as often and my breathing is better. The forms are a bit of hassle to fill up but I can track my understanding of spine care and my improvement as well. In conclusion, you should try and see for yourself how chiropractic can improve your life.

Overall - friendly, helpful, dedicated, systematic, understanding, accommodating 👍👍👍 Found Chiropractic First ('CF') through a friend who saw RM50 promo for chiro consultation, I was well aware and appreciate the clear remark that additional payment of RM80-RM282 for X-ray may be required; depending on your condition. Before consultation, a form about my body/health condition must be filled. The questions are quite detailed, I took time to answer those questions and just by that, it helped me express/understand my condition better. CF has a systematic process for follow through. I appreciate that. Consultation session with DC Wong Joo Yee was very insightful, I learnt about spine, subluxation, degeneration, how to observe x-ray scans (with full pic of my whole spine+marking reference by DC Wong of my spine), etc. DC Wong is passionate, dedicated, and patience enough to attend to all kinds of our questions/doubts. She is also clear and honest in her advice based on her view and knowledge, and explains well in layman term that I can understand. CFSCM offers different packages including Decompression Therapy ('DT'). For long term recovery, DC Wong suggested 1-year care plan package (Note: CFSCM team is not forceful / hard selling at all). Personally I think the price+service offers by CF is reasonable. I was looking for a way forward for a friend’s nagging shoulder, neck, jaw and back condition; on top of the acupuncture treatment that has helped and detected some key areas. To convince her to get help, I promised to tag along and get myself checked for my shoulder, neck, nagging ankle pain. Researched thoroughly to see what will truly work for my friend. Non-surgical, invasive, and finally found CF. I was contemplating on the location of branch due to the fluidity of my job timeline on a daily basis and I’m thankful I landed myself at SCM, by God’s grace & divine appointment. Truthfully, due to lack of knowledge and the OVERALL idea about tweaking something so, so fragile and sensitive; I was never keen & really fearful. Since starting my sessions, I’ve seen a lot of improvements. Dr Wong Joo Yee is always open to helping me with my pain management and improvements to overcome the chronic pain I’ve suffered for a long time, which includes helping me find solutions that can further improve my posture and aid in reducing the pain I was experiencing.
