I first came to the clinic because I was experiencing a sharp pain in my lower back. After a thorough assessment, I realized that my condition was more serious than I had initially thought. I followed the recommended treatment programme, and after close to a year, I’ve seen significant improvements in both my posture and overall condition. The pain has greatly reduced, and I feel much better in my day-to-day activities. A big thank you to the entire Sengkang Grand team for their professionalism, patience throughout my recovery journey. I had been dealing with lower back pain for quite some time and started experiencing sudden numbness in both hands about six months ago. I came across this clinic and decided to give it a try. After just a few sessions, my lower back pain went away and the numbness was gone. Chris is very thorough and explained my problems clearly, which I really appreciated. The team is also friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience.

I sought chiropractic treatment due to persistent pain in my left arm and found out it was due to a neck condition diagnosed as a reverse C-curve and also degenerative spine issues. After a series of chiropractic sessions, I’ve experienced noticeable improvement. The pain in my left arm has reduced significantly, and my neck mobility and overall comfort have improved. Dr Chris was professional, attentive, and took the time to explain the condition and treatment plan clearly. I’m pleased with the progress so far and appreciate the care provided. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

I recently visited this clinic as I had very bad shoulder pain from sitting lomg period infront of the computer. The clinic’s supervisor - Rathika Goh - was so patient in explaining the full procedure and told me upfront all the costs. She made sure i was comfortable and know what I can expect. 22 May 2025 Consistency is key. After 6 months of cracking, finally I did my final X-Ray review. The results were astounding. The curves on my back and neck were corrected and leveled! Doctor Chris is a very detailed chiropractor, every round I will leave the clinic feeling well tuned back to normal. He has solved many of my injuries during sports or daily chores. Thank you for the careful adjustments.

In 2025, I continue my journey with Dr Chris and his team of friendly and approachable members. Chiropractic have continue to keep my neck pain away. I haven't had any pain shoulder since started treatment here. Being pain free through year 2024 and till now, I am no longer to afraid do my best in life. (My severe neck and lower back pain trigger by stress and prolonged stationary position from working & studying). Pain free life is noticable by my husband, he said that I am happier with the absence of pain, he could remember the days when I suffer with it. Is a conducive, educational and safe Environment. 2. Staffs are friendly, smiley, approachable and professional. One of them did a mini tour around the small clinic for me, I felt safe. When I booked my first appointment, clinic staff called and manage my expectations, eg. Adjustment will only make on second visit after an x-ray was done and review. 3. Systematic review, from first consultant Dr Chris did a thorough history taking from health condition to lifestyle, and physical examination. Identify problem accurately and confirmed with x-ray. Whenever I have question, Dr Chris will answered at details and professionally. 4. There is an app that will remind me for my appointment. 5. Subsequent follow up, Dr will checked on me if I experienced any symptom or improvement and small talks. Along the way, Dr also answered my question patiently, despite he looks busy. I've been going for the chiropractic about 2 yrs plus. Initially, it was my left leg having tingling feeling after several treatments. It has been improving, and now I am able to walk long distances. The staff here are very friendly and patient. Especially Dr Chris, he is a nice guy who really concerns your pain in your body and always gives good advice and explanation.

I used to take very strong painkillers to numb my back pain. After a few sessions of chiropractic treatments, the pain has lessened. More importantly, I do not need to take painkillers anymore! 😊

Have been receiving chiropractic care since August 2024 & it's been a game-changer. Used to feel drained after work,had knee pain, backache & trouble squatting. An x-ray showed spinal degeneration and misalignment. Dr Chris has been professional, patient, and thorough in explaining each step of the treatment. After completing intensive care and stabilisation and now continuing with maintenance, I sleep better,feel lighter and have much more energy. My knee pain has decreased and mobility has improved. I'm more energetic than before ! Even my colleagues noticed the difference. I've brought my spouse along to start treatment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their health naturally.

I'm 50year old. Having hand shoulders (both) terrible pain, tried to see Orthopedic and Neurology, also took MRI scan. Concluded that my neck nurves are compressed due to long hrs working with laptop or bad sleeping direction. And they proposed to have physio or operation. I have tried physio but not really improving. Then I heard from my friend this Chiropractor First. Then decided to try Chiropractor. See doctor Chris and advised to take X-ray. The X-ray also showed same as previous MRI. Chris advised to take 3time per week treatment. No medicine or injections, it's only physical adjustment to correct it back my neck position. After 4months now, I can see the pains are reduced and I can do my daily activities better and better. This will continue another 2months, expecting completely alright.
