I would like to share my experience I had with chiropractic first Parkway Parade..I had tightness in my left shoulder lujev3 months back the strain and pain in my shoulder was making me feel nausea.Dr Kim started 2 sessions of the shockwave therapy on the left shoulder and that already relieved quite a bit of the tightness and I felt more alert , he continued 4 more sessions and I totally lost the pain till now . Knee pain and lower back compression. Knee problem start a decade ago and I cannot find solution after visiting all the orthopaedics in the largest private healthcare group in Singapore. Chiropractic First was my last resort. When the chiropractor examined, took x-rays and explained my problem to me I decided to give it a try. Finally after 1 year the problem was resolved using body adjustments to balance my weight distribution and reduce distortions. They are now attending to lower back compression disorder. I opted for this treatment versus operation. Most importantly, regular adjustments of my spinal reduces tiredness, sprains and muscular discomforts created by bad body postures. Very important to ensure that my spine is in proper order and not curving that will ultimately create in hump back, a feature we see in many older folks. For me, the years and resources spent in chiropractic adjustments are well worth the money and it gives me a quality of life.
