My treatment journey at this branch was a chance encounter during a weekend visit to Quayside mall. I have been experiencing back/shoulders pain and discomfort for a long time. I was transferred from initial SCM clinic to Quayside mall since May 2025 after receiving treatment in May 2024. I like the attentiveness and support given by Dr. Moon throughout this period. Now I am continuing my treatment every 2 weeks in a month and the condition getting more improved and my right calf muscle is getting much loosen and not so tight. Update 08/04/2023:Back for maintenance after 4 months. Didnt always use a good posture when working or doing anything so will have stiff neck or slight back pain from times to times. But Dr Kelly still as good as usual, body felt so relieved & relax after treatment.Aug 2022:I was having back pain since 2015. I had tried several treatment such as physiotherapy, Chinese traditional treatment, some chiropractic (not all chiropractic use the same method). This is the one that finally fixed my back pain.Started my treatment back in Sept 2021. First visit was assessment by Dr Kelly and asked to take an X-ray for further assessment. After Dr Kelly examined the X ray, she pointed a few issues with my neck, back and hip. She suggest to have 3 visits per week first for 4 months, then 2 visits per week, followed by once per week. I was painful for my whole back at that time, from neck down to hip, I couldnt sleep well at night due to these pain. I can see the effects after 3 months, the pain is definitely gone, my back is straighter, I can finally feel healthy again. Up to today I am having one visit per week for maintenance, as I am still not having good postures during work, my shoulder still feel stiff from times to times which is totally my bad 😅 But everytime I finish the treatment with Dr Kelly, it feel so much better. Dr Kelly is really professional such that she can pin point the issue based on my description on the pain and fix it. Also stretching is really important if you want to heal better. Highly recommend Dr Kelly. The downside of this outlet probably is the reception which sometimes not so clear about the appointments.
