Guideline for beginners:-Step 1: Make an appointment through phone call as they have certain hours for new patient/ 1st consultationStep 2: Chiropractor will examine your weight balance, posture check, back alignments and etc. They will advise you the preliminary findings.Step 3: Get a X-ray at KPJ Ampang by walk-in (payment made at clinic ). You can get the result within 30min and pass the X ray to Dr Tanu afterwards. They will need 1-2 hours for the assessments.Step 4: Dr Tanu will explain the x ray result to you which it is quite similar to her preliminary findings. Only then she will make the first adjustment for you. Trust me, it felt like a whole new world to you.After several adjustments, I have less pain on shoulder blades, better sleep quality, felt lighter, less cracking sounds when I do stretching. Sometimes, the pain does come back after long working hour or bad postures but it definitely way better than old times. I have decided to sign up the package although it is quite costly (it is not compulsory to do so, you can walk-in for adjustment) After all, I think I have made the right decision ever for my own health!

back in november 2023 - after 3 weeks of persistent back pain, feeling discomfort and having difficulty to move from one position to another and to stand up straight, i came to chiropractic first for the first consultation session with dr tanu (just rm50 if you register online). after getting xray, dr tanu’s explanation has greatly assured me to proceed with the treatment plan in treating my back pain. just after 2 weeks i feel my condition has improved tremendously. now i’m feeling so much better with greater awareness about taking care of my spine to avoid back pain from happening again by sitting too long. although, it is a consistent and frequent process to ensure your spine health is maintained and with that, it can get a bit costly for me to pay for the recommended number of sessions - thankfully there’s option for installment payment as well. but i am glad i can get it treated in time before it got worse and intolerable! dr tanu is always very kind and pleasant to talk to, and also great assistance and service by her team - fatimah, lily & ilham. much recommended!

I have been having stiff neck and shoulders for the past few years and recently I've been having lower back pain and it just got intensified over time. I've been going to massage parlor on monthly basis and it seems pointless as the pain returns immediately. So I gave chiropractic a try after my cousin with slipped disc told me about it and my bf encouraged me to try it out as he got a positive outcome after backache episodes. Consulted by Dr Tanushre, I had better understanding of what chiro was and how our spine could be misaligned due to bad posture over time and cause further problems in future if untreated. So, one thing I like about their method is we are required to do x ray 7 films altogether to get front and side view of full spine. The chiro Dr will assess for any misalignment from this evidence. Yes I was surprised to know that I had 3 problematic areas involving upper, middle and lower back. The treatment, for the first time ever after the first session I felt so relieved and light especially around my neck and shoulders. I've been recommended to take up intensive treatment and since the first session, I have (less to no pain) for standing too long in the kitchen or doing house chores anymore. Fast result! My sleep quality is better and stiffness is gone. The treatment is not painful. It is rather the opposite. Relieving!The sound is actually from the air pocket in between your bones and feeling a lil sore around the lower backafter the session is normal and it lasts only overnight. All u need is ice pack. I suggest you to give it a try as you might not know the underlying problem could be your misaligned spinewhich causes the muscle tension/ nerve interference. Chiro does not require meds prescription. It creates awareness on addressing issues early and practising good posture. Needless to say, We all are guilty of looking at our phones down wards all the time that it has become a hazard 😉

Go down the escalator and voila!//What is Chiropractic? What is it for? How does it feel? Is it painful? Those are among few questions running in my head.Working extensively using laptop everyday for more than 8hours and being active in outdoor activities like running, hiking and diving - I have always experienced neck, back, and hip pain. And sometimes numbness at hands and loss of sense of my legs. I tend to carry heavy bagpacks for hiking or going to work (oh! And carry heavy loads when doing house chores - shifting the furnitures, picking up tiles). I always go for traditional massage or bekam for that immediate relief. I also just had minor surgery at my abdomen (Laparoscopy) few months back.To be honest, I am skeptical about chiropractic 🤣But I tried it anyway.At the point of my first three visits, CF has been accomodating with the brief: how Chiropractic can help with my current issues and further explained on the result of my spine scan. Never knew, that my spine is actually slightly tilted to one side.CF offers several plans and I opt for once a week treatment. Alhamdulillah, I've now completed all of my appointments. It was scary at first, not knowing how it's going to be and particularly worried when it comes to the neck. "What if my neck snapped?" But guess what - No, it doesn't hurt at all.The overall treatment is satisfying, from the very first visit. Especially after a long day at work - this is simply the relief I need for a good night sleep. Plus, the back and neck pains, and muscle sore/tense on both shoulders are now lessen. Tell you the truth, the tense muscles at my shoulders wasn't able to subside much despite frequent traditional massage sessions.I did my hiking and 9km run recently. I came here bcs I was very frustrated and nearly give up with my lower back pain that always felt tight and stiff since a very long time ago.Chiropractic adjustment that had been done by Dr Zaqi do really really really helps to resolve my annoying back muscle pain problem, SERIOUSLY!After more than 15 sessions, I do not need any painkillers anymore if I’m working night shift at my workplace. In addition, now I can be more active playing badminton with my loved ones. This is my second week into intensive treatment. I have shoulder and lower back problems mostly due to my nature of work as well as posture. After just few adjustments, I could feel the difference. I seldom feel tightness on my neck and shoulder, less migraine episodes and I can sleep better at night. It will be a long recovery process and hopefully it can be treated fully according to plans. Both Dr Zaqi and Dr Tanu are experienced, and they treated every issue carefully and thoroughly. Also, other staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable and patiently attending to our queries and requests. Totally recommended
