I was unable to walk at all for a period of time and unable to do daily chores....after coming here.....slowly I can see improvement and able to walk and do chores better....

Dr. Moon and team are very friendly and attentive. Sometimes when I'm late for appointment, they can also wait for me as long I inform them before hand.

My treatment journey at this branch was a chance encounter during a weekend visit to Quayside mall. I have been experiencing back/shoulders pain and discomfort for a long time. After a brief consultation with Dr Moon, she recommended that I do a x-ray of my spine. The x-ray scan clearly shows that I am facing a serious issue with my spine which prompted me to start my chiro treatment here. Throughout my last three months of intensive treatment , Dr Moon and her staff have been most professional and helpful with me. I can sense that Dr Moon is clearly dedicated to her profession and genuinely wishes to help me overcome my spinal issues. I can feel there's much improvement with the spinal issues that I have been facing and my posture have also improved a lot. My journey here continues with the next stage of treatment. I look forward to the day that I can finally overcome the spinal issues that have been plaguing me!

Dr Moon and her team are very friendly and helpful in every session, the clinic staff Wawa, Nad and Ika are all polite and knowledgeable. My son Yu Seng had noticeable improvement in his posture. Highly recommended!

I come for general spine health. Dr. Moon is kind enough to answer any questions I may have. They got me to scan my spine with X-ray, I can see improvement to my spine alignment and posture after 6 months. Feel better overall too.

Dr. Chu is very patient, professional, and genuinely caring. I used to have constant lower and upper back, shoulder, arm, knee, ankle, and foot pain. I had to do physiotherapy exercises for my lower back almost every day to avoid a burning sensation. After her treatment, the pain has improved so much. Now I can work long hours without discomfort. I’m truly thankful to Dr. Chu and the team at Chiropractic First for the care and support. Highly recommended.

I was transferred from initial SCM clinic to Quayside mall since May 2025 after receiving treatment in May 2024. I like the attentiveness and support given by Dr. Moon throughout this period. Now I am continuing my treatment every 2 weeks in a month and the condition getting more improved and my right calf muscle is getting much loosen and not so tight.
